Privacy Notice

The provider shown below is responsible for personal data processed to provide Visiolix. You can contact us about privacy at kontakt@visiolix.de.

Provider contact information

Accounts and projects

We use registration and account details to authenticate users and operate accounts. We store saved projects, project files, and preferences to provide the editing and publishing service. Account and project information is kept while the account exists, subject to deletion requests, technical backup periods, and any legal retention duty.

AI Assistant

When you use the AI Assistant, your request and relevant project context, which may include names and step notes, are sent through OpenRouter to the configured model provider to generate a response. Do not include personal or confidential information that you are not authorised to submit for this purpose.

Newsletter and billing

If you subscribe to product updates, we store your email address for that purpose after you confirm the subscription. You can unsubscribe using the link in each message. For paid subscriptions, payment and billing information is processed to fulfil the subscription and applicable accounting obligations. The checkout identifies the payment provider before an order is placed.

Activity statistics and browser storage

We keep anonymous daily aggregate counters for site visits, new registrations, and successful demo-project loads. These counters do not store an IP address, cookie, device identifier, account identifier, email address, user agent, referrer, page URL, or individual event timestamp. Signed-in sessions use essential browser storage to maintain authentication.

We load Clicky, a third-party website analytics service, to measure visits. Depending on Clicky's account-level visitor-privacy setting, it may receive page URLs and titles, referrers, browser and device information such as user agent, language, and screen resolution, link or interaction data, and an IP address. When Clicky's visitor-privacy setting is enabled, Clicky states that it anonymises IP addresses and does not use end-user tracking cookies. If that setting is disabled, Clicky may instead use tracking cookies and process a full IP address. See Clicky's privacy policy for details.

Service providers and data location

We use Supabase, Inc. for database, authentication, and project-storage services. The primary project infrastructure is located in AWS's Frankfurt region (eu-central-1). Supabase's Data Processing Addendum and listed subprocessors provide more information. A regional infrastructure choice does not, by itself, establish GDPR compliance.

You may withdraw newsletter consent at any time. You may also complain to a data protection supervisory authority. Contact us at kontakt@visiolix.de to exercise your rights.
